On Friday 11th January, the JFL team branched out from our weekly ‘Prosecco Fridays’ to try a new, ethical beer! Brewgooder got in touch to explain that they’re on a mission to provide 1 million people with clean drinking water through selling craft beer. We loved the sound of this start-up and decided to get a sample for our Friday drinks.
We were very excited when we received the cans, which were in very funky packaging, and all gathered around to try it. Here is the verdict:
“I didn’t try it. I didn’t need to try it. A simple sniff was enough to tell me it was the nectar of the Gods. Would purchase every Friday – 4.5 stars.”- Bradders (who is doing dry January!)
“As someone who is not a natural beer drinker, I loved it! Very fruity and easily drinkable. Tasted even better knowing it was helping in some way too!”- Kate
“The beer was delicious. Very easy to drink and the perfect early evening beverage. The mission of Brewgooder is amazing and being able to help people by buying beer is awesome!”- Emma
“A beer that is doing some good for the world – an ingenious idea!”- April
“I thought it was a really refreshing, light tasting beer!”- Leila
