Digital Communications Consultant – Global Strategic Communications Firm

A global strategic communications consultancy are growing their digital team and looking for someone with roughly three to five years’ experience in digital communications to join the team.

They support clients operating at the sharpest end of politics, business, entertainment and public life, across every continent.

The role spans digital strategy, content production and data analytics, often for sensitive or high-profile accounts. You’ll be involved in planning and adapting content, with a solid understanding of design and content production. Video or motion skills are a plus, but not-essential.

We’re looking for someone curious and creative, who wants to learn by being close to the action rather than siloed away from it. You’ll be trusted early on, exposed to live decision-making and complex reputation challenges, and supported by a tight, integrated team that takes professional development seriously.

- Experience managing and publishing content across major social media platforms

- Working knowledge of social listening, media monitoring and analytics tools

- Ability to collect, analyse and interpret digital data

- Experience monitoring and tracking online narratives

- Experience planning, producing and adapting digital content for sensitive accounts

- Mature competence in basic graphic design and content production (video and motion an advantage)

- Ability to report on digital performance

- Excellent academics are a must
