What is The Creative Shootout?
Created by Johnny Pitt, founder of Launch PR, The Creative Shootout is unlike any other industry award ceremony and aims to celebrate creativity in all its forms. The people at The Creative Shootout believe that not only is creativity underrepresented in PR and comms, but it should do good too, so each year they pick a worthwhile charity who will benefit from some of the UK’s best creative talent.
Which charity?
A Plastic Planet. An incredible charity with one goal - to turn off the plastic tap.
Who can enter?
How does it work?
Each entrant has 60 seconds to show The Creative Shootout why they deserve to take part. A panel of amazing judges will then go through all entries and whittle them down to just 8. On the day (24th January 2019) four hours before the live show, all entrants will receive a brief for A Plastic Planet. With four hours to come up with an innovative and creative idea and only 10 minutes to pitch the idea to a live audience, tensions are high! The winning team will then have the chance to work with A Plastic Planet and see their campaign come to life.

How are JFL involved?
For the second year running, JFL are proud to announce that we are sponsors of The Creative Shootout. Good luck to everyone entering, we can't wait to see what the final 8 come up with!
