The Role

We are recruiting a senior digital communications specialist to help lead our expanding digital team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with account teams and the Head of Digital to devise unique and impactful solutions for a wide array of complex issues our clients face in government, legal disputes, private sectors, and geopolitical arenas.

This position demands a solutions-focused approach, exceptional client engagement skills, and a commitment to acting as a trusted advisor to political leaders, industry pioneers, and creatives from around the globe. .

About You

• Proven Track Record: You have demonstrable experience in a strategic role where you have advised international, cross-sector stakeholders with confidence. This would

• Experience across projects which may include, but are not limited to, political elections, high-profile campaigns or international initiatives.

• Deep digital understanding: You hold an intuitive understanding of how to deliver unique solutions to intricate and complex challenges. You see this approach as a skill which allows you to see solutions where others may see obstacles. You will have an excellent understanding of analytic and monitoring software and platforms, as well as familiarity with AI driven platforms.

• Creative & Analytical Fluency: You have an advanced understanding of how to collect, analyse and demystify insights to inform strategies which are targeted and proportionate. This is complemented by an already-established ability to use industry-standard video, graphic and photo-production software.

• Open and Adaptive: You approach your work with an open mind, readily adapting to new challenges and diverse client demands. Your flexibility allows you to navigate the nuanced requirements of working with high-profile individuals and organizations across different sectors.

• Knowledgeable of current affairs: You have a robust understanding of global current affairs, with a keen interest in geopolitical, societal, and technological trends. Your interest in global affairs extends beyond the headlines and instead reflects a continuous hunger for knowledge which informs your approach to complex challenges.

• Leadership: You hold a strong track record of leading individuals and teams through offering guidance and support in line with the strategic objectives of colleagues and the wider company.
