Senior Account Director/ Associate Director – Luxury Travel & Lifestyle PR – 8-9 month Maternity

Senior Account Director/ Associate Director: Leads the day-to-day relationship with the client and gives clear, decisive and thoughtful direction on individual projects. Thinks beyond the day-to-day to next six months and can see and plan for longer term opportunities. Responsible for quality of output and efficiency of how account is run.

You’ll be working fully integrated on the agency's top travel and hotel clients. There are currently seven clients, three of which are large hotel portfolios. You will be very much an extension of their in-house teams and will play a lead role in driving projects forward, taking responsibility for organising the team and leading on strategy while generating creative and robust ideas for client campaigns.

A key part of the role will be to encourage, manage and mentor the junior team – from Account Executives to Account Directors.

We are looking for a client-facing, personable individual, with A-List press contacts, industry contacts and knowledge, and an understanding of the business of luxury. As well as plenty of energy, enthusiasm, tact and patience. This is a demanding - but rewarding – role. The successful candidate must be prepared to attend evening events, and travel if needed.

This is a full-time role, with a minimum three days in the office.
