Welcome to our brand new series – Getting to know JFL! In this series we will be chatting to each member of the team one-on-one to find out more about them and their careers at JFL.

First up is April Kearns, our lovely Associate Director – let’s see what she had to say!

Why did you choose communications recruitment?

“I chose communications recruitment as I love helping people – whether this is candidates or clients, I love being able to play a part in bettering a business or someone’s life! I also love the pace of recruitment, it often feels like one big race!”

“From my first interview, I completely bought into the people at JFL – everyone is so supportive and fun – you spend a lot of time at work, so it’s important to really respect and like the people you work with.
