Core Responsibilities:

Social First Content through Owned Channels

● Responsible for overall content planning / creation / grid layouts in line with editorial lines and local activations.

● Work with the HQ media team to ensure the social content calendar is amplified through their channels.

● Increase awareness of the brand as a luxury brand through exceptional storytelling. Own planning, execution and scheduling of owned social media posts on the channels (IG, Facebook and LinkedIn).

● Work closely with the HQ media team to ensure that all assets are fit for format and provide an exceptional digital experience across all features of our key channels (e.g. IG - feed, stories, reels, guides etc).

● Drive product awareness, affinity and engagement by delivering the right message to the right audiences through the right social platform.

● Work with PR teams to understand local initiatives that can be amplified through social media.

● Drive traffic to the site and increase sales and brand awareness through high quality, engaging content across existing and new social media formats.

● Ensure all social media imagery, videos, descriptions and copy are in keeping with Brand Visual Identity and tone of voice.

● Constantly test and develop content through established and new formats.

● With the help of HQ Media team, run local paid social advertising pushing specific local initiatives.

Community Management

● Monitor social media conversations about the brand, actively engaging with and responding to its social media community in the brand voice.

● Utilise sound judgment in safeguarding the brand’s image in posts and responses across all social platforms.

Influencer Activity

● Develop Influencer Strategy along with the Media and PR teams.

● Actively select influencers to support global and local stories and experiences and create on-brand content.

● Help the property and PR teams qualify influencer requests.

● Analyse the influencer’s trip performance and delivery reports.

● Activate paid-for influencer campaigns.

Reporting & Analysis

● Responsible for building and ongoing management of reporting and analysis for all social media metrics.

● Analyse, review and report on social media performance and actively monitor benchmarks.

● Analyse traffic to the website originated from social media channels in order to react and plan actions to increase traffic and online revenue.

Desirable

● Good knowledge of Google Drive e.g. docs, sheets, slides.

● Skills in photo and video editing e.g. adobe photoshop, premiere pro.
