This is a fantastic opportunity to help lead innovative digital-first programs that will further establish the brand as a household name in both the UK and Australian markets. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness and preference, building a thriving community, and growing traffic and revenue from our social media channels. Reporting to the Senior International PR & Communications Manager, the Social Media and Community Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness and creating compelling content.

We want someone with bundles of creative talent and confidence, who has solid experience creating assets and compelling stories for digital campaigns across key social channels, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. We want that person to roll up their sleeves and manage these channels, building our followers, reach and engagement cross-locale, whilst delivering content that reflects the brands point of difference and brand values.

Responsibilities include managing social campaigns; creating compelling content for international social channels, commissioning and briefing key influencers, helping coordinate and deliver partnership programmes and managing brand events. Furthermore, all reports on social and influencer activity must be delivered on time each month.

The role also needs to support PR activity within the UK/AU channels, with participation in quarterly campaign brainstorms, and consultation with Senior PR Manager on key press releases.

Strong digital experience combined with a keen interest in brands specialising in psychology is highly preferable.

The role:

• Leads on all social channels including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook ensuring targets on growth, engagement and traffic to site are met

• Sources and commission all key influencers in house, making sure KPIs are met, and results shared across the business

• Create weekly content (reels, static posts plus edited video) for all organic social channels in alignment with the content team

• Work with PR Manager to secure and deliver partnerships with leading brands relevant for our ABC1 audience

• Serve as project leader on digital events ensuring all deliverables are met and results shared with key stakeholder

• Create monthly Social reports including scorecard for UK PR + homogenises AU reports from retained agency

• Joins quarterly brainstorms for hero PR and Social campaigns, and supports Senior PR Manager in creating newsworthy press releases that reflect brand values

• Serve as project leader on live events ensuring all deliverables are met and results shared with key stakeholders

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Five years’ min experience managing/ populating social channels including Instagram, TikTok etc

• Great content creation skills (social media) including Photoshop and TikTok reels

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Team player who is happy to be hands-on in their work, but can also work collaboratively

• A true passion to obtain outstanding results whilst working on a brand that makes a real difference to people’s lives
