Are you a motivated and ambitious Senior Account Manager or Account Director looking to move in-house? An exciting opportunity has arisen with the UK’s leading real estate advisory business for a dynamic Communications Manager to join their London HQ at an exciting time of growth!

Our client is now seeking an experienced Communications Manager to play a key role in creating and delivering impactful and compelling proactive communications programmes. Based in Central London, it’s an exciting time to join and build the brand profile in the UK, forming a crucial part of the communications and marketing team of this truly global business!

Notably, this company positions social purpose at the heart of the work they do – their consultation on several regeneration and planning projects aims to really support these communities, open up jobs, and benefit the local businesses and residents; a mentality which resonates internally across the business!


• Covering new deals, clients and research reports

• Developing and delivering a media and client communications plan to drive awareness of the brand and business

• Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for elevating market profile

• Supporting the Head of Communications on a variety of group-wide communications campaigns, projects and initiatives

• Identifying, producing and sell-in stories relating to client wins, strategic appointments, research, and other key business activity

• Establishing and maintaining strong media relationships with national and trade journalists


• Commercial/ residential property, professional services or B2B experience

• A proven capability to understand the business agenda and proactively translate this into high-quality, strategic, creative communications that are appropriate, relevant and engaging to the audience

• Excellent writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and at pace

• Proactive and agile with a high attention to detail

• Works effectively under pressure

• Strong understanding of social media and its benefits
