• • Appraising at least two junior team members and helping develop and up-skill them
• • Proactively identifying resourcing issues and raising these in the appropriate, solution driven way.
• • Effectively managing budgets and oversee client billing on projects.
• • Acting as a senior ‘sounding board’ for Directors and Board Directors.

• • Being regularly involved in new business, proactively identifying opportunities through your network, leading on drafting new business proposals and contributing to and attending pitches whenever needed.
• • Fostering and developing strong relationships with clients, journalists and associates. Proactively organising catch-ups with key contacts and attending networking events.
• • Dealing confidently with senior individuals in the private and public sectors and acting as a positive advocate and spokesperson for the company.
• • Experience in both B2B and B2C property/development/placemaking communications in a senior role – and ideally some of this time spent in an agency.
• • Proven experience of creating and delivering successful specific B2B/B2C campaigns for client
• • Expertise in lead generation and conversion of relevant sector targets which will add to the client portfolio.
• • Strong business acumen – understanding and experience of how an agency business works, grows and is managed.
• • Exceptional inter-personal skills – to thrive in a busy office, work constructively with ability to contribute at a senior level and help provide strategic direction to the company.
• • Excellent drafting and reviewing skills – whether in preparing communication strategies, press releases, key message sheets, proposal documents or client brochures.
• • Strong organisational abilities – to stay on top of a complex workload without ‘letting any balls drop’.
• • First class client handling and good management skills – providing a mentoring role to other staff and building close relationships with clients.
• • First-rate understanding of issues management – adept at understanding, condensing and communicating complex issues.
• • Good media skills and contacts – with specific experience of pro-active media work.
