We are looking for excellent communicators, team players, creative thinkers and naturally curious individuals to join an award-winning Corporate and B2B PR team at Account Manager and Account Director level. Based in Central London, you would be working across a variety of sectors including technology, healthcare, consumer brands, professional and financial services, public sector and community engagement.

This is a true generalist role and you’ll be responsible for managing the delivery of effective and creative PR solutions which delight our clients. You’ll be fully adept at building strong relationships with the media along with being a skilled people manager. You’ll also be exposed to working on pitches and developing new business opportunities.


• Utilise knowledge of traditional and digital media to maximise PR opportunities, promoting the range of PR services available to clients, managing and supporting more junior team members in the delivery of their roles

• Interpret and respond to client briefs and develop effective communication strategies using media expertise, creativity tools and data driven insights, resulting in creative solutions for our clients

• Contribute to crisis management plans and provide support to senior consultants

• Create news stories and build media relationships that will deliver coverage

• Contribute to new business solutions, leveraging previous relevant experience, specialist skills and knowledge

• Monitor the media landscape for new opportunities to sell in

• Connect with colleagues from across the global network

• Manage and develop junior staff, resolving or escalating issues promptly and fairly, and celebrating achievements!

• Develop your personal network of internal and external industry contacts, identifying new business opportunities

• Act as the primary contact to clients, continually fostering relationships and becoming an invaluable support

• Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget

• Resolve any client issues that arise, escalating as appropriate and recommending best approach to senior account lead

About You

• Proven PR agency experience in the corporate comms space

• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital public relations

• Curious – a desire to learn, improve, apply new knowledge and develop self

• Excellent grasp of clients’ marketplaces, audiences and routes to market

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative thinker and problem solver

• Commercially aware and decisive
