The Account Director is a critical role within the business, with a high level of responsibility for ensuring client accounts are running smoothly and efficiently. A key point of contact for clients, you provide coaching and direction to Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure clients’ PR strategies and campaigns are executed successfully.

As well as driving day to day activity with client accounts, you contribute to the future growth of the business though advising on client strategies, developing and managing the agency’s marketing activities and, depending on your level of experience, playing an active role in the management team.

Knowledge and Experience

• Significant experience of working in within legal or professional services PR gained in-house or agency. Agency experience in a fast paced media environment is desirable

• Excellent industry knowledge with a strong interest in the legal sector

• Strong technical PR experience including media relations and social media strategy

• Understanding of producing communications across a range of channels

• Experience of building a network of influencers and press commentators

• Passion and enthusiasm for building a career in legal PR in an entrepreneurial environment

• Excellent written and spoken English with laser-sharp attention to detail

• Strong content skills across digital and print media channels
